"Gunmen Attack Oregon Tesla Dealership for the Second Time This Week"

Gunmen have once again targeted a Tesla dealership in Tigard, Oregon, marking the second such attack this week. The most recent shooting occurred on Thursday morning, when the perpetrators fired over a dozen shots, causing significant damage to vehicles and windows. Fortunately, no one was injured in the incident.

According to the Associated Press, the Tigard Police Department responded to the scene early Thursday and confirmed the damage at the Portland-area dealership. This attack follows a similar one on March 6, with no injuries reported in either case.

Authorities are investigating the shootings in collaboration with federal agencies, including the FBI and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF). An ATF explosive detection dog has been deployed to assist in locating shell casings at the scene.

These attacks are part of a larger pattern of violence and vandalism targeting Tesla locations across the U.S. and internationally. In addition to the Tigard shootings, a Tesla dealership in Lynnwood, Washington, recently reported vandalism to six Cybertrucks, which were defaced with swastikas and offensive messages aimed at CEO Elon Musk.

Some news News also covered an incident in South Carolina, where a masked individual, apparently a critic of former President Trump, attempted to firebomb a Tesla charging station but accidentally set himself on fire.

Despite the ongoing protests and attacks, President Donald Trump has expressed his support for Elon Musk and Tesla, recently announcing plans to purchase a new Tesla as a gesture of solidarity with the company amid its struggles with declining sales and stock prices.
